Surya Teja joined WSB (formerly Walton Street India) in 2021. He has over 4 years of experience in Real Estate. At WSB, his responsibilities include project appraisal for identified new investment opportunities, market analysis, and management of existing asset portfolio.
Prior to joining Walton Street India, he was associated with business team in raising corporate debt for real estate projects with L&T Financial Services and has experience in asset recoveries. Surya Teja holds PGDM certificate of Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR, Pune and is a graduated Civil Engineer.
