Mr. Prabhugaonkar has over 23 years of real estate experience and is presently the Managing Partner at WSB (formerly Walton Street India). He has been associated with the Group for more than 15 years. At WSB, he is primarily responsible for managing key developer and stakeholder relationships, overseeing acquisitions and portfolio asset management. Prior to joining Walton Street India in November 2007, Mr. Prabhugaonkar was a Senior Project Manager at ITC’s real estate and hospitality division, responsible for pre-investment evaluation of new projects, value-engineering, and periodic supervision through execution and delivery. Previously, he was a founding member in the Design & Build division at Shapoorji Pallonji, undertaking turnkey execution of projects. Prior to that he was a Structural engineer with Tata Consulting Engineers, working across multiple industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects. Mr. Prabhugaonkar holds an MBA (International Business) from ICFAI University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Mumbai (both with honours).
