Chaitya Parekh joined WSB (formerly Walton Street India) in 2022. He has over 18 months of experience in Real Estate. At WSB, his responsibilities include evaluation and assessment of new investment opportunities, market analysis, and asset management of existing portfolio. Prior to joining Walton Street India, he was associated with the Investor Relations team at Integrow Asset Management overseeing the fund-raising activities for their maiden fund. Chaitya Parekh is an MBA Finance graduate from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and is currently pursuing CFA and CAIA certifications.
