Vishvam Dave joined WSB in September 2024. He is endowed with 10 years of experience in Real Estate having an expertise in assessing various real estate properties in addition to sound technical background as a Civil Engineer.
Prior to Joining WSB, he worked with CBRE Asia Pacific as Assistant General Manager – Valuation & Advisory Service. He acted as an individual dedicated for valuation assessment, technical due diligence & data analysis of ongoing projects. Vishvam has proven experience of delivering superior insights for successful real estate ventures. Vishvam holds a Civil Engineering degree from University of Mumbai.
